O.C.D.

Once again it's been awhile. But the past month has been crazy busy. I have so many thoughts that one post will not contain them. So, expect a lot over the next few weeks.

As for today, three letters are etched in my mind - O C D. That's right Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I have a full-blown case of it. We moved to Greensboro this week to begin this new journey. Monday was moving day. And a long day it was. By the time we got to G'boro on Monday all we really had time to do was unload the truck and unpack enough to sleep. It drove me crazy. All I could think about that night was those boxes in the garage, how many there were, what was in them, where we'd put the contents, exactly how would it look when it was complete. Needless to say sleep was at a minimum. I woke up at 6 am. Stupid boxes!! I had to get them unpacked. Of course Ashley was comatose. That is until I woke her up banging on the back door about 5 minutes later because I had locked myself out. All week I find myself freaking out of the smallest details. Everything has to be in the right place. Everything has to be neat & straight. Ashley is ready to stab me in the throat.

I never realized how OCD I am until now. Pray for me. And definitely pray for Ashley.

Matt, so good to hear from you! Tonight was the 4th of July thing at church & it wasn't the same without you and Ashley there. Looking forward to catching up in Asheboro this weekend!

Trust me Matt, and just roll with it (the OCD) sometimes it overwhelms us and then sometimes it is just what we need to accomplish just what we need!!

I feel your pain, Matt. I am the same way! The house looks great though! Can't wait to come visit!

Dude. I must say I am a little O.C.D. myself. I couldn't get to sleep the other night when we were moving stuff in and unpacking boxes. Talk to you later bro.
