Wow! It's been a really long time since my last post. I really don't have any excuses for not posting. I just haven't made it a priority. There has been a lot going on in my life, way too much to put in a single post. Here's a brief update:
Christmas was great. Ashley and I spent time with both our families. We are very lucky. We both have awesome people that have been there for us from the beginning.
Ashley and I went to Boston for a few days after Christmas with my parents, It was blast. Definitely a must visit. If you are a history buff like me you have to go walk the Freedom Trail.
We spent a week in Indianapolis. What a week it was! The most beneficial experience I've ever had as a pastor.
I've read two great books. Simple Church by Rainer. Great read. Every person serving in local church ministry should read this book. It is amazing how far from the New Testament model of church we've strayed, how over-churched we are. (Some will not like that statement.) I also read The Barbarian Way by McManus. It inspired me to be a "rhino". I'm pray for a faith that would make me appear uncivilized.
I've also left the boring world of PC's. I sold my Dell laptop and bought a MacBook. We bought a Mac Mini last year as a desktop computer. Once you go Mac you never go back! For those of you still stuck in PC land, I hope one day you too will see the light of the glowing Apple!
Anyway, I'm going to attempt to post something at least once a week. So stay tuned.

I must say I am glad you are going to start posting more. I really enjoy reading your thoughts. You have a great gift of communicating your thoughts. I haven't been very faithful to the blog world either but i just don't have anything to say much. Maybe I will be inspired to write more soon. Later dude. Love serving with you. Your the man!
